With Mother’s Day around the corner, I’m sharing a few of my favorite go-to recipes that are perfect for celebrating! These recipes are simple, wholesome, and made with love (because let’s be honest, no one wants a complicated dish on a day that’s supposed to be about you). Feel free to casually forward this email to someone who can turn these into breakfast in bed, hot coffee included. For my expectant mamas, I’ve also included some of my most-loved doula resources to help you feel more confident and prepared as you get ready to meet your baby! Whether you’re in the thick of motherhood or just beginning your journey, this is for you!
I made this Roasted Red Pepper and Goat Cheese Tart for brunch last Sunday. My dear friend was over with her two children and this tart turned out so delicious I wanted to share it with you all today! I can see it being served this Mother's Day for an easy brunch with a side of fruit salad and a glass of pink champagne!

These Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins have been a staple in our house for years now! There is nothing better than a fresh warm muffin and cup of coffee to start the day, trust me. P. S. these muffins freeze beautifully! I always have some in my freezer.

This Blueberry and Lemon Babka with Cream Cheese Glaze, wasn’t just something I pulled out of a cookbook. It was inspired by my sweet neighbor, Mrs. Mellisa. She's the kind of woman who always has a warm smile and never complains when my children accidentally throw their toys over her wall. "I remember when my son played like that." She gifted my children with a giant water blow up. Compleat with two slides and a water gun. I wanted to say thank in the best way I know how so, I decided to make this blueberry lemon babka with cream cheese glaze in her honor!

My Sourdough Discard Blueberry Pancakes have become my most popular recipe ever! They are perfectly fluffy and give you that buttermilk taste without the buttermilk. Here's a secret, you can use bubbly active starter or discard to make these, both will turn out amazing! Serve mom a plate of these in bed and I promise she will be a happy camper!

Wishing you a Mother’s Day filled with love, maybe a little quiet (we can dream, right?) and at least one cup of coffee you actually get to drink while it’s still hot!
Just remember: the love, patience, and effort you pour into your children every single day truly matters… even if no one noticed you cleaned the same mess three times today.
I hope you feel celebrated, appreciated, and maybe even get a break (or at least don’t have to share your snacks).
Happy Mother’s Day!
I sure hope you gives these recipes a try this Mother's Day! If you want to stay in the loop, subscribe to my monthly email list and never miss a blog post!
